The celebration has long become a tradition for the local community, who gather here to welcome the new year and spend time with their loved ones.

High Gravity Bash at 49th State Brewing

To enjoy the fireworks from the rooftop and taste delicious specialty drinks, swing by the High Gravity Bash, an annual party at the beloved brewery. The event is a great opportunity to enjoy the magnificent pyrotechnic display while sipping delicious cocktails and mingling with the locals. Since the place is quite popular this time of the year, reservations are recommended. If you're planning just to have a dinner, reserving the table beforehand is not required but strongly recommended. The reservation fee is $5 per person. Fireworks usually begin at 7:30 pm.

The event features a DJ-curated dance party, a buffet with delicious appetizers and drinks, and a celebratory champagne toast at midnight. The doors normally open at 7 pm, followed by dancing at 8 pm, spanning until midnight.
