Happy Harry's Ribfest 2024 in Midwest
A 4-day grand-scale festival of food, music, and entertainment in Fargo, North Dakota

Happy Harry's Ribfest kicks off summer barbecue season in Fargo, North Dakota. Held outside the famous Fargodome stadium, the festival has been a cherished local tradition for over 25 years; it features live music, excellent food, and award-winning food joints.
The festival gathers the best rib vendors. Among the establishments that participated in previous festivals are Aussom Aussie's BBQ, Buck' Em BBQ, Cowboys Barbeque, and Rib Co, Desperado's BBQ and Ribs, Johnson's Bar-B-Que, Blazin' Bronco BBQ, and Carolina Rib King.
Seven national rib vendors will compete for the title of the best. Judges will assess the ribs based on appearance and taste. Festival attendees will have the opportunity to sample numerous variations of this favorite dish. Opt for the Lip Smackin’ Lunch Special, and you can pay for the meat and get the sides as a treat. Visitors can try juicy ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken.
Four days of the festival are filled with competitions and various activities, like Ax Throwing and Cornhole Fun Play. Nightly entertainment includes bands like Johnny Holm Band. Country star Phil Vassar, Granger Smith with Earl Dibbles Jr., and others.
Happy Harry's Ribfest runs from 11 am to 4 pm. Entertainment runs from 7 pm to 10 pm. The festival admission is $5, and parking is also $5. Kids of 12 years and under get free admission.
The first 100 visitors will receive a special gift from the organizers. Festival admission and parking will be free on Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm. During this time, there will be plenty of family-friendly activities to enjoy.
