Very famous culinary ingredient stink bean is a true delight if not being sniffed. The amino acid that exists inside the bean often causes distinctive smell that often scares people away. However, the taste is rich and texture is tender.
It is often roasted, stir fried or cooked with vegetables or seafood. Stink bean season is short though,—just the month of May.
