Sfogliatella Santa Rosa

The famous Italian sweet pastry was invented by the nuns from Santa Rosa convent back in in the 17th century. Since then the treat has been known widely and celebrated yearly at the festival dedicated purely to it. The cakes are filled with ricotta and have the form of a lobster tail.
