Jazz sur son 31 is an annual music festival taking place every fall in Toulouse and other towns in the Haute-Garonne department (which has the number 31 in the administrative division of France). One of the most important cultural events in the Occitanie region of Southwestern France, Jazz sur son 31 is organized by the Haute-Garonne Departmental Council.

Jazz sur son 31 boasts about 30 years of history and attracts about 20,000 attendees annually. The festival is held at different locations: theaters, nightclubs, and various surprising places. Pavillon République in Toulouse is one of the main venues. The festival's program usually features musicians from all over the world, like Roberto Fonseca(from Cuba), Peter Bernstein, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble (USA), Takuya Kuroda (Japan), Oded Tzur( Israel), Youn Sun Nah (Korea), Les Frères Smith, Estelle Perrault, Fülü, Cyril Bernhard, Johnny Makam (France). Past lineups also included Hugh Coltman, Ben l'Oncle Soul, Avishai Cohen, Laurent Coulondre Trio, NES, and others.

Jazz sur son 31 offers more than 70 shows and events, celebrating jazz in all its forms. To make music more accessible, the festival hosts free concerts as well as concerts with relatively affordable price of admission.
