The annual Christmas in the Park is a drive-thru holiday event offered in Lee's Summit, Missouri. This annual Christmas tradition gathers folks to enjoy over half a million holiday lights and 175 animated displays from the Eve of Thanksgiving into December. The dazzling route starts at Frank White Jr., Softball Complex and takes you to the Longview Lake Campground. Even though Christmas in the Park is a free event, it raises money for about 35 local charities, so your donations are welcome.

The show runs daily, from 5:30 pm to 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and from 5:30 pm to 10 pm on the other days of the week. The organizers suggest visiting on weekdays early in the season to avoid lines. For more information, please check the official website or Facebook of Jackson County Parks + Rec.
