Locations to See Flamboyant Bloom in Hai Phong
Flamboyant trees can be found throughout Hai Phong, the city in northeastern Vietnam. Some of the best places to enjoy their beauty include Do Son Beach, Tam Bac Lake, and Pham Van Dong Street. Hai Phong Opera House Square and Hai Phong Center for Political and Administrative Affairs host an annual Hai Phong Flamboyant Festival with fireworks and light shows.
Pham Van Dong Street & Do Son Beach
Known by some as the flower road of Hai Phong, the street is an important link between the city center and the Do Son area, home to Do Son Beach. The road spans around 11 miles (18 km) and boasts approximately 4,000 trees, all of which transform into a fire-red color in early summer. Do Son Beach is also one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city, offering a myriad of activities and attractions.
Tam Bac Lake
Situated in the heart of the city, Tam Bac Lake draws in thousands of locals, tourists, and visitors from all over Vietnam, including Hanoi, for its annual flamboyant bloom display.
