Tarator is a cold soup, very popular in Bulgaria. It is made from sour milk or yogurt, fresh cucumbers, garlic, and a lot of greenery. Sometimes even walnuts are added. Do not be mistaken and think that it is all about yogurt, which you can buy in any grocery store. It's about real Bulgarian yogurt, which sticks to the old traditional recipe.
