As every season has its own allurements, in Jordan Al-rashoof dish or Onionin is a symbol of winter. Considered Jordanian national dish Al-rashoof stems from Bedouin cuisine. It is made of lentils, yogurt, and coarse wheat flour and is a traditional treat for guests in Northern Jordan.
