The abundance of seafood in Croatia is truly impressive. Another dish not to miss is black risotto or crni risotto - a simple combination of octopus, spices and rice that is all time favourite at the Adriatic. Or try octopus under peka, a traditional iron cover used for cooking in a stone oven. Don't forget to order some wine with sparkling water with your meal on a hot summer day.
