The Chatsworth Country Fair is an annual outdoor event held in the massive Chatsworth Park, a 1000-acre natural oasis surrounding Chatsworth House. The fair, celebrating the English countryside, attracts large crowds at the beginning of September. About 75,000 visitors flock to the Peak District in Derbyshire to enjoy excellent food and see traditional entertainment and exhibitors from all over the country. Over 300 trade stands and crafts vendors make shopping at the fair an extraordinary experience.
The three-day fair offers Grand Ring entertainment, cooking demonstrations, and masterclasses, as well as fun activities for the whole family. Kids will especially enjoy a fun fair, climbing walls, and bungee trampolines. Chatsworth Country Fair highlights also include parades, hot air balloons, parachuting, and air shows
A cookery theatre and fine food village make up a real foodie paradise. The public can watch celebrity chefs and local talent whip up their masterpieces and try various culinary delights. A showground provides space to watch a vintage car show, horse driving, dog races, try clay pigeon shooting, and other heritage country sports. Grand Ring entertainment ensures an action-packed program with stunt teams showing off their talent in the air and on land.
