Carolina Classic Fair, also known as Dixie Classic Fair, takes place for 10 days every fall at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston, Salem, NC. The annual event air features top musical acts, delicious fried food, beverages, livestock exhibits, fine arts and crafts, carnival rides and games, children's activities, fireworks, commercial vendors, and attractions for any taste. The fair draws about 60,000 people during one weekend or about 180,000 attendees during 10 days.
The main attractions of Carolina Classic Fair include Rodeo, Demolition Derby, Bearadise Ranch, Circus Shane, Animal Cracker Conspiracy, the Flying K9s, Figure 8 Racing, and Robocars. The musical lineup mostly includes country performers, like American Rappers Color Me Badd and Tag Team. Walker Hayes, Cooper Alan, Andrew Ripp, and Baylor Wilson.
Agriculture displays and competitions include about 15,000 centries in the livestock, floral, and food spheres. Over 200 vendors offer delicious fair foods and various merchandise. Gates are open from 11 am to 11 pm Sunday through Friday: and from 9 am to 11 pm on Saturday.
