Persimmon Season Featured in
Persimmon is so common in Georgia that it grows everywhere. In Tbilisi, it's possible to eat it right from the trees if owners don't mind. Persimmon is deliciously fresh. But it can also be dried and used later. In Georgia dried persimmon is known as chiri.
