Dating back to 1458, the Leipzig Christmas Market (Leipziger Weihnachtsmarkt) is one of Germany's oldest and biggest Christmas markets. With over 300 stalls for visitors to stroll through, it offers an impeccable holiday atmosphere. Its six areas are installed in chime with the fantastic historical scenery of the city center.
The market offers you to indulge in various delicious food, festive delights, and magical vibes. You can also listen to the traditional performance of the trombonists staged on the balcony of the Old Town Hall at 6 pm daily (on Friday at 7 pm).
