The loveliness of Manali in Himachal Pradesh is inexpressible. From January to February gorgeous slopes and abundant snow formations make Manali a total heaven for skiers.
And how about heli-skiing? That's what we call an 'out of sight experience!' Ski experts are always searching for a virgin stretch but it's not that easy to find it by yourself. That's when helicopters take the stage: they help you to access higher and more remote mountain spots. Although this pleasure costs a pretty penny, heli-skiing and truly an outstanding experience and one not soon to be forgotten. The most famous heli-skiing locations are Gulmarg and the Kullu–Manali Valley. The season for this extreme activity lasts until the 15th of April on the upper slopes and until the 15th of March on the lower slopes.
