Since Montenegro has access to the Adriatic Sea, you can buy cheap and delicious seafood everywhere. The great idea is to visit little mussel farms located near Kotor. There are special tours organized for visitors, which cost about 50 euros per person. You will see how mussels “grow,” take them out from the sea, and then find out how to cook them the traditional Montenegrin way. A bottle of tasty local wine is included in the price as well. Mussel “plantations” look truly amazing, so the experience of visiting them is quite interesting as well.
