Portugal is known for its seafood. And fresh sea urchins are definitely worth trying. However, keep in mind that they are not available in restaurants, so you'll have to collect them yourself. It's not that hard if you know the right timing. They are usually available in February and early March so mark you calendar and try this unusually looking sea delicacy.
