A Hudson Christmas has become a beloved tradition for local families, featuring Christmas trees dancing to holiday music. Events & Activities
Visitors to Hudson Gardens in Littleton can stroll along the illuminated trails, embracing the Christmas spirit as they watch Christmas trees dance to festive tunes. They can warm up with a drink from Nixon's Coffee House and take advantage of numerous photo spots for the perfect holiday family portrait. Kids will love the chance to visit Santa, share their holiday wishes, sip on hot cocoa, and enjoy plenty of photo opportunities, making it a delightful outing for the whole family.
Theme Nights & Special Events
This year, the festival organizers introduce themed nights and special events to add extra magic to select shows. Guests can showcase their holiday outfits while enjoying unique experiences, including Cycling Without Age Littleton during Low Sensory Nights, learning about winter animals, and watching fire dancers. Highlights include Festive Fridays for National Mitten Day and National Cocoa Day, Ugly Sweater Night, and visits from Santa’s elves. The Glow Up the New Year celebration features fire dancers and whiskey tastings from Rocker Spirits, promising unforgettable holiday memories for all.
Tickets
Admission to the event is priced at $25 for adults, with a discounted rate of $15 available for certain days. Tickets for children are $20, dropping to $10 on special occasions. Seniors can enter for $23 or just $10 during specific promotions. Children under the age of three can attend for free.
Location
The Hudson Gardens & Event Center is situated 12 miles (19 km) southwest of Denver, encompassing 30 acres (12 ha) of stunning landscapes, exhibits, nature trails, and a concert venue that can accommodate up to 3,000 people. Located just minutes from historic Littleton, this area has a rich history dating back to the 1859 Pike's Peak Gold Rush, which attracted merchants, gold seekers, and farmers. Littleton was named after the local engineer Richard Sullivan Little, reflecting its deep-rooted connection to the region's past.
