Oxford Christmas Market takes place every December on beautiful Broad Street, in the center of ancient Oxford. The city center features about 60 wooden stalls for about three weeks, offering handmade gifts, decorations, and unique items. The aroma of cinnamon and mulled wine is filling the air, while choirs are singing carols. Oxford Christmas Market is a truly magical holiday experience for the whole family!
Festive entertainment showcases many local performers, such as the City of Oxford Silver Band, Oxford Gospel Choir, Oxford Cherwell Brass, Oxford City Singers, Choir of the Oxford Guild of Tour Guides, the Balliol College Chapel Choir, and others.
In addition to gifts and apparel, market stalls offer local produce, such as cheeses, candles from Oxford Candle Makers, and liqueurs. In addition to that, visitors can indulge in Christmas market favorites like bratwurst, hog roast, churros, and mulled wine. The market operates from 10 am to 6:30 pm Sunday-Wednesday and from 10 am to 8 pm Thursday-Saturday.
