Sea Urchins or Erizos in Chile 2024-2025
An unusual and prickly sea delicacy

When you happen to visit a country with a 6,345 km coastline, sampling its unique seafood is a must even if you are not a big fan of seafood. At the very least you should try a plate of sea urchins.
The shell and the spikes enclose its yellow-coloured flesh resembling tongues – so soft and so tasty.
The delicacy is on the menu between November and July.
